AWARD WINNING CAMPAIGN: Carle nursing recruitment

2013 Carle Nurse Recruitment campaign Integrated marketing campaign was developed to recruit more than 80 experienced nurses to work at Carle. Traffic increased to during the campaign, September-October 2013, with online display ads resulting in a 0.22% click-through rate. 949 applications received; 102 nurses hired (1:9). Collateral materials include: • Outdoor (x2) • Online display ads (x4) • Web banner for • Direct mail Campaign also included social media content, plus text ads on Facebook and online search.
