2013 Carle Nurse Recruitment campaign Integrated marketing campaign was developed to recruit more than 80 experienced nurses to work at Carle. Traffic increased to carle.org/nursing during the campaign, September-October 2013, with online display ads resulting in a 0.22% click-through rate. 949 applications received; 102 nurses hired (1:9). Collateral materials include: • Outdoor (x2) • Online display ads (x4) • Web banner for carle.org • Direct mail Campaign also included social media content, plus text ads on Facebook and online search.
